IMPOSSIBLE TACO PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 (1 1/4 oz.) env. taco mix
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Jiffy mix
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. cheese, shredded

Brown meat and onion; drain off fat. Stir in taco mix. Spread in greased, 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle on chilies. Beat milk, Jiffy mix and eggs until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Top with tomatoes. Sprinkle on cheese. Bake another 8 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce, if desired.
