CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs

Cook meat and onion until brown; drain well. Stir in salt and black pepper. Pour in 10 inch pie pan, sprinkle with 3/4 cup cheese. Mix milk, Bisquick, eggs, and tomatoes; pour over meat mixture. Cook 30 minutes until brown in 400 degree oven. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; let set 3-5 minutes. Yields 8-10 minutes.
