AUNT MARGARET'S ROLLS 
2 eggs
1 c. shortening
2 yeast packets
1 c. cold water
1 c. warm water
6 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. instant potatoes

Place yeast packets in 1 cup of warm water.

1. Combine shortening-sugar, eggs, salt and potatoes.

2. Add cold water.

3. Add flour and work in well.

4. Leave to rise for 2 hours or until double in size.

5. Knead - add flour and roll out. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
