KEFTETHES 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
10 fresh pieces parsley, chopped
Pepper & salt to taste
1 heaping tsp. cinnamon
1 heaping tsp. dried mint, crushed
2 eggs
3 raw potatoes, grated & squeezed to remove moisture
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into meatballs. Refrigerate 1 hour. Warm cooking oil in skillet. Use enough oil to go halfway up in skillet. Add shaped meatballs to warm oil. Cook 1/2 hour, uncovered over low heat until crispy brown.
