OLGA'S FUDGE
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. milk chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
Dash of salt
1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt marshmallows and chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Spread evenly into wax paper-lined 8 or 9 inch square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm.

Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature. Makes about 2 pounds. (This is wonderful, never-fail, throw-caution-to-the-winds fudge!)

Olga's Fudge

 Julie (Michigan) says:
I made Olga's fudge but used one bag each of semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips and three cups of mini marshmallows. I just needed to stretch the amount a little bit but not double it. This was FANTASTIC. It really is a "throw caution to the winds" recipe. Just great!
