PEACH CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. mashed peaches
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour

Mix dry ingredients. Add fruit, eggs and oil. Bake 1 hour at 300-325 degrees.
