PASTA SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fettucini
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 minced clove garlic
3 green onions, diced
3/4 lb. broccoli florets
1/2 lb. asparagus; optional
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 sm. tomato
1 sm. green or red pepper

B.
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. fresh minced parsley
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. romano cheese
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
1/2 tsp. dried whole basil
1/2 tsp. dried whole thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. red pepper

Cook fettucini and drain; rinse with water. Place fettucini in bowl with 1 tablespoon oil; set aside. Onion and garlic sauteed; add to fettucini.

Steam broccoli 6-8 minutes until tender; plunge into cold water. Combine all ingredients from Column A. Combine all ingredients from Column B. Pour ingredients from Column B over ingredients from Column A. Toss. Chill a few hours before serving.
