CHEESE SOUFFLE 
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
10 slices buttered bread
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Mix either with blender or mixer 1/2 at a time. Place in buttered souffle bowl and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes until fluffy and brown.
