RIBBON MEATLOAF 
3 slices soft bread, torn into sm. pieces
1 c. milk
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground lean pork
1 egg yolk
1/4 c. minced onion
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Cheese Filling

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together bread and milk; mix remaining ingredients except filling. Pat 1/2 of meat mixture in greased loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3 inches. Cover with Cheese Filling. Top with remaining meat mixture. Bake 1 1/2 hours. 6-8 servings.

CHEESE FILLING:

1 egg white, slightly beaten
2 slices soft bread, torn
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese or crumbled blue cheese
1 tbsp. water

Combine egg white and water; toss lightly with bread and cheese.
