BEST MEAT LOAF 
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
2/3 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sage
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef

In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Place mixture in loaf pan. Shape into loaf form. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until meat is done. Makes 6-8 servings.
