SHOO-FLY PIE 
pastry for 9-inch crust

Bottom Part:

3/4 c. dark Karo
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Top Part:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. dark brown sugar

Combine the following ingredients and place in a 9-inch unbaked pie crust.
