4 eggs 1 c. butter 2 c. sugar 1 lb. nuts 1 lb. raisins 3 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. lemon or vanilla extract 1 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. baking powder, sift with flour Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Add milk alternately with flour. Take 1 half of the batter and add nuts and raisins. Put plain batter in two pans and raisin and nut batter in two pans. Bake moderate until done. FILLING: 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Grated rind 2 oranges and 1 lemon 1 sm. can pineapple 2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour |
