ROASTED SUNFLOWER AND PUMPKIN
SEEDS
 
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. pumpkin seeds
2 tsp. tamari

On separate baking dishes, spread seeds out evenly. Bake in 325 degree oven. Stir occasionally to roast evenly. Check after 10 minutes. When seeds are golden, sprinkle with tamari and stir to coat evenly. Allow to cool. Store in a jar.

Seeds or nuts can be roasted three to four days ahead of party. Variation: Almonds, pecans or filberts can be tamari-roasted too.
