SILET POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns (Southern Style)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 stick melted butter
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

TOPPING:

2 c. corn flakes or bread crumbs
1/2 c. butter

Mix ingredients together and spread potatoes evenly in large rectangle casserole. Press topping mixture evenly over potatoes.
