TURKEY - VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
3 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cut up 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained 2 cans mushroom soup 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen California vegetables 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Put in baking dish, cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup slivered almonds or croutons. Bake uncovered 15 to 20 minutes more. Serves 6 to 8. |
