TURKEY VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. skim milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sliced mushrooms
8 oz. non-fat cottage cheese
Dash of onion flakes
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 lg. bag frozen broccoli or mixed veggies

Brown turkey, mushrooms and onion flakes in Pam sprayed frying pan. Drain if necessary. Mix all ingredients together and bake in Pam sprayed 9 x 13 inch glass dish at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Take out oven, sprinkle with 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese. Bake 10 minutes more. 4 servings, about 300 calories each.
