PEANUT BUTTER PIE | |
2 c. confectioners sugar 2 tsp. vanilla flavor 8 oz. (2 boxes) Cool Whip 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 2/3 c. peanut butter graham cracker crust Soften the cream cheesecake in a mixing bowl. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla flavor, Cool Whip and peanut butter. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Mix until smooth. Put into a graham cracker pie crust that has been baked. Use peanut butter morsels on top of the pie for decoration. Place the morsels like buttons over top of pie while soft. Put your pan in the fridge. Let it freeze. Take pie out a short time before you are going to serve it. You can take one piece out if that is all you want at that time. Put back. Keep it frozen. Eat later. |
