TWO, FOUR, SIX SALAD 
2 med. white onions
4 med. dill pickles
6 med. red apples
1 c. sugar

Clean onions and dice into small pieces. Dice pickles in small pieces. Wash and cut apples into small pieces. Do not peel apples. Put in bowl and add sugar. Stir and let sit for an hour or more.

Keeps good in the refrigerator for a week. Recipe can be halved for a small salad. Very good with any type of meat!
