SMOOTH SAILIN' CHICKEN 
Whole chicken, skinned or not, your choice
Chicken spice (may be purchased at most grocery stores)
Soy sauce

Clean (and skin, if you wish) chicken. Drain off all water. Sprinkle "chicken spice" on all sides of the chicken. Brush or pour soy sauce on all sides and inside of chicken. Microwave on high, approximately 10 minutes per pound. Carve and serve!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
