DOUBLE SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
4 oz. (3 c.) med. noodles
1 (10 oz.) can frozen condensed cream of shrimp soup
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. celery, diced
1 tbsp. green onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. natural cheese, shredded
1 c. shrimp, cooked
1/4 c. chow mein noodles

Cook noodles according to package, drain. Thaw soup, combine with milk, mayonnaise, celery, onion and salt. Mix well, stir in cheese, shrimp and cooked noodles. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Top with chow mein noodles, bake for 10 minutes more. Serves 4 to 6.
