DOUBLE SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
4 oz. (3 c.) med. noodles
1 can cream of shrimp soup
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c. celery
1 tbsp. green onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shredded natural cheddar cheese
1 c. cooked shrimp
1/4 c. chow mein noodles

Cook noodles according to package directions. Combine soup, milk, mayonnaise, celery, onion and salt; mix well. Stir in cheese, shrimp and cooked noodles. Pour into casserole. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes. Top with chow mein noodles; bake 10 minutes more.
