1/4 c. shortening
1 pkg. white cake mix
2 eggs
2 tbsp. water
1 c. coconut
2 pkg. lemon pudding, mixed according to pkg. and cooled 1 pkg.
Dream Whip, whipped

Grease 9 x 13 pan. Cut shortening into cake mix. Mix until crumbly. Mix in eggs, water, and coconut until mixture holds together. Put in pan. Bake 15-20 minutes and cool. Spread pudding over crust; chill and spread with Cool Whip. Top with coconut.
