MAPLE BACON OVEN PANCAKE 
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. maple syrup
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
12 slices bacon (about 1/2 lb.) crisply fried and crumbled

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease and flour rectangular baking dish (13 x 9 x 2 inches). Beat baking mix, sugar, eggs, milk, syrup and 1/2 cup cheese until smooth; pour into dish. Bake uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean.

Sprinkle pancake with remaining cheese and the bacon. Bake uncovered until cheese is melted, 3 to 5 minutes longer. Eat as is or with maple syrup.
