CREAM CHICKEN ON EGG BREAD 
6 tbsp. onion
4 tbsp. celery
1/2 c. butter
4 tbsp. flour
3 c. chicken broth
1 small can green peas
1 small jar pimiento
3 c. cooked chicken
salt and pepper

Brown onion and celery in butter. Add flour to chicken broth. Add peas, pimiento, salt and pepper. Add cooked chicken and cook until thick. Make your favorite corn bread and cut in squares. Cover with cream chicken.
