SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 lb. shrimp
1 lb. sea chunks (imitation crab)
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
Bread crumbs

Peel and devein shrimp. Set aside. Melt butter and stir in flour to make paste. Add milk gradually and stir to make a white sauce. Add canned soups (undiluted). Mix. Add shrimp, seafood chunks, and sliced eggs. Stir to distribute ingredients. Place in casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving. Good with rice or noodles. Serves 8.
