TUNA CASSEROLE 
2 (8 oz.) bars Monterey Jack
1 (8 oz.) bar Muenster
1 can tuna, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Sm. can mushrooms
1 can evaporated milk
1 (10 oz.) bag egg noodles
1/4 lb. butter
Oregano

Cook noodles until tender. Put in casserole.

Put pan on low heat. Add tuna, soup, mushrooms, milk and butter. Add oregano.

Mix over low heat. Pour over noodles. Mix part of cheese in noodle mixture. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Cook at 375 degrees until golden brown.
