2 1/2 c. sugar or 50 Nutrasweet tablets
6 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lg. can pineapple juice
1 tbsp. almond extract (or rum extract)
2 tsp. vanilla
Food coloring as desired

Mix in 1 gallon jar; fill with water. Freeze to slush stage. (An additional quart of water can be added to this mixture without hurting the flavor.)
