STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM SHORTCAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. cold water
1 3/4 c. Cool Whip topping
1 qt. fresh strawberries, cleaned, hulled, sliced

Prepare cake mix as directed in 2 (8 or 9 inch) round cake pans. Let cool completely. Meanwhile in large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, and water. Beat in pudding mix. Chill 5 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip topping. Chill 30 minutes. Place one cake layer on serving plate. Top with half of pudding mixture and a layer of strawberries. Repeat for top layer. Store covered in refrigerator.
