PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix

Icing:

1 8 oz. cream cheese softened
1 3.75 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple drained well
1 12 oz. carton Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and bake cake as directed on package. For icing, cream cheese and pudding mix together. Add pineapple and vanilla. Mix well.

Fold in Cool Whip slowly until mixed. Spread on cake.
