PINEAPPLE UPSIDE-DOWN CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple rings
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 yellow cake mix

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix cake mix according to directions on package. Set aside.

In a 13 x 9-inch baking pan, place melted butter and brown sugar. Place pineapple rings on top. Pour cake batter over top.

Bake until golden brown. Turn over onto a flat cookie sheet or plate large enough for your cake. You may add more brown sugar and butter. I also use sliced peaches instead of the pineapple.
