GRANDMA SHAW'S CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. rice
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 can tomato soup
Tomato soup
Head of cabbage, wilted

Mix above ingredients and roll in wilted cabbage leaves. Place in pan or baking dish. Mix equal amounts of tomato soup and water. Pour over cabbage rolls; cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Cabbage leaves can be wilted by freezing head of cabbage, then thawing or core cabbage, place in a large pan of boiling water, and boil until leaves separate.
