GRANOLA BARS | |
4 c. dry oatmeal 4 c. Rice Krispies 1/3 lb. sunflower seeds 1 1/2 c. raisins 3/4 c. wheat germ 1/2 c. peanuts 2 c. coconut 1 c. dry milk 1/4 c. flour 5 eggs, beaten 1/4 c. oil 1 c. honey or Karo syrup 1/4 c. chocolate or butterscotch chips Combine all dry ingredients. Beat eggs, oil and honey and pour over dry, mixing well with hands. Press into ungreased jelly roll pan. Bake 20-25 minutes at 250 degrees. Press down again before it cools completely. Cut into bars. |
