COLD BROCCOLI VIENNESE 
1 bunch broccoli, cooked until tender. Drain. Chill. Top with sauce when ready to serve.

SAUCE:

1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. celery seed
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. horseradish
