CHUNKY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. + 3 tbsp. packed light brown sugar
1 tbsp. non-fat dry milk powder
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. water
3/4 c. natural peanut butter
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. roasted peanuts
6 oz. white chocolate or dark chocolate chips (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and brown sugar until blended. Add milk powder, egg, vanilla, and water and mix well. Stir in peanut butter by hand until thoroughly mixed.

Mix in flour and baking soda. Fold in nuts and chips. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheets. Press down with a fork. Bake 12-15 minutes until golden.
