PUMPKIN CREAM CHEESE LAYER 
LAYER 1:
2 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar

Mix together well and press into a 13"x9"x2" dish.

LAYER 2:
2 eggs, beaten
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar

Beat together until light and fluffy. Pour over crumb crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove and cool.

LAYER 3:
2 c. cooked pumpkin puree (or canned pumpkin)
2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
3/4 c. milk
1 c. whipped cream
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine milk and pudding; beat well; add pumpkin and spices; mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Spread mixture over the cooled cream cheese layer. Chill well.

LAYER 4:
1 c. whipped cream (can add 1 tsp. sugar & 1 tsp. vanilla if you wish)
Chopped pecans

Add just before serving. Cut into squares. Serves 14.
