I contacted Lance Co, who are now the owners of the Stella D'oro brand. The customer service person told me they are not making them anymore, have no plans to bring it back, but she would put in my complaint.

Called Lance company who took over Stella Doro. They stopped making Anginetti Cookies over a year ago. They said that Stella Doro scrapped the machine that made the Anginetti Cookies and when they can find the same machine, they will start making them again. Are they kidding me.. Give me the recipe and I will make them.

I was craving these recently. I'm saddened to find out that my local Italian store does not carry the cookie from Stella Doro anymore. Excellent treat for any party!

I have been looking for your anginetti cookies and every grocery store within a 20 mile radius of my home. I have heard from store clerks that there have been alot of people coming in there store and asking for them. Please! Please! put them back in stores. There is no substitute that I could find. VERY DISAPPOINTED THIS YEAR!!!

My aunt used to make these cream puffs for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. She just passed in September. She would be very mad that they aren't making the Stella D'Oro Anginetti cookies anymore. Wish they bring them back or that some company starts making them.

I wonder why they don't make the Anginetti cookies any longer, there certainly seems to be a big demand for them as these comments show. Maybe if enough people contact them they will begin to produce them again or another company will purchase the recipe and make them for us. Let's hope.

Last month my husband requested that I make these for a gathering he was attending, and we are so disappointed when they weren't in any stores here...and not one store told me they weren't being made anymore. They should have known.

Very disappointed that I wasn't able to find Anginetti Cookies. I've been looking for a while now, but this is the first time I actually looked on-line. At least I found out that they don't make them anymore. Why don't they make them?
