PEANUT BUTTER PUDDING CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix (2 layer size)
1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1 c. crunchy peanut butter

Combine all ingredients except peanut butter in large mixing bowl. Blend, then beat until smooth. Add peanut butter and mix well. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

FROSTING:

1/2 stick butter, softened at room temp.
3 or 4 tbsp. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
Milk, as needed

Mix until frosting is of spreading consistency.
