SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
1 1/2 lbs. pork loin strips
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 lg. can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. flour

Fry pork until done. Add entire can of pineapple. In a bowl, mix sugar and vinegar. Stir in mixture of catsup and flour. Pour into pan with pork-pineapple. (Add additional flour if too soupy). Simmer for a few minutes. Serve with rice.
