CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
Pinch o salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 (5.33 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell

Combine sugar, cocoa, and salt. Add eggs, butter, milk, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Pour into pastry shell and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
