PINEAPPLE CHESS PIE 
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. self-rising flour
1 tbsp. self-rising cornmeal
1/4 c. melted butter
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
Unbaked pie shell

Combine all the ingredients. Pour into an unbaked pie crust and bake in 350°F oven for 45 minutes or until set.
