PINEAPPLE CREAM PIE 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. dairy sour cream
4 egg whites
dash of salt
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 baked pie shell

Cook all together in saucepan until it thickens. Remove form heat, let cool a while. Pour into baked pie shell.

Meringue:

3 egg whites
6 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

Beat egg whites till stiff. Add sugar one spoon at a time, then add vanilla and cream of tarter. Put on pie and brown in oven on 350°F.
