PICKLED OKRA 
1 clove garlic for each jar
1 dill seeds for each jar
1 pod hot pepper for each jar
6 c. white vinegar
2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt (canning salt ONLY)

Pack okra in jars with garlic, dill seeds and pepper.

Mix vinegar, water, and salt. Bring mixture to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over okra in jars while boiling hot and seal. Makes 8-10 pints.
