PECAN PIE 
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. honey
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 9" pie crust

Beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter and syrup/honey with hand beater. Stir in pecans. Pour into pastry lined pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Let cool and serve.
