CORN CASSEROLE 
1/2 stick butter
1 med. bell pepper, minced
1/2 onion, minced
2 eggs
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 pt. carton sour cream
1 sm. pkg. grated sharp cheese

Mix all ingredients except sour cream and sharp cheese together. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Top with sour cream and grated sharp cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until slightly firm.
