POTATO SOUP 
8 potatoes
Chunked ham
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Chopped onion
Mushrooms (optional)
Water chestnuts (optional)
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. squeeze Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
Italian seasoning

Peel potatoes and cut into bite size chunks. Cook until tender. Add ham, garlic powder, onion, cream cheese and Italian seasoning, Cheddar cheese and milk, mushrooms and water chestnuts if you wish. Combine all together and cook to combine flavor and serve with soup crackers.
