ELENA'S MACARONI BAKE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni 1/2 lb. Monterey (Jack) or American cheese, diced 1 c. sour cream 1/4 c. butter 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease 2-quart casserole. Cook macaroni as label directs and drain. In casserole, stir all ingredients. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings. |
