LOW CAL CALZONE 
2 tsp. butter
2 c. sliced mushrooms
2/3 c. ricotta cheese
2 oz. Mozzarella cheese, diced
Dash of pepper, salt & garlic
2 pita bread, 1 oz. each

Melt butter in skillet. Add mushrooms and saute until tender. In bowl combine mushrooms with ricotta and mozzarella cheeses. Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Cut opening at edge of pita to form pocket. Spoon 1 portion of cheese mixture into each pita pocket. Wrap each stuffed pita in foil and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
