PINEAPPLE APRICOT DELIGHT 
2 boxes orange Jello
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can apricots, crushed
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 c. juice (apricot or pineapple)
1 c. whipped cream
3/4 c. cheese (shredded)

Combine sugar, flour, egg, juice cook over low heat stirring all the time, cook until thick. Remove, stir in butter, cool, then add whip cream put on top of Jello mixture, then add cheese on top. Serves about 12 or 15.
