STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 qt. strawberries

CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. oil

FILLING:

1 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. Karo syrup
3 tbsp. dry strawberry Jello

Mix all of the crust ingredients together in pie pan. Flatten out. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Heat filling ingredients in saucepan, stirring until thick. Add strawberry Jello. Cool. Pour over strawberries and place in baked pie shell.
