CHOCOLATE COVERED COCONUT CANDY 
2 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 lb. butter
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 lg. bag coconut

COATING:

1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 bars fine wax

Mix sugar, butter, milk, and coconut in large bowl. Form into balls or any shape you desire. Put in cool place to chill. In double boiler, add the chips and wax (cut the wax into pieces). Melt the chips and wax. Then dip the balls into the melted chips and wax mixture. This makes about 5 pounds of candy.
